ABOUT US

Line Axia Consulting

Line Axia Consulting is a woman-owned consulting firm based in Europe built around a simple idea:
Technology should create opportunities – not barriers.

Co-founders Olivia and Tina (two Americans with deep roots in IT, healthcare, and shepherding digital innovations to market) saw the opposite happening too often. They noticed a widening gap between enterprise-level clients and smaller organizations: a gap in capacity, resources, and opportunity.

For Tina, the stakes were clear. As a lawyer and strategist working on healthcare transformation, she saw firsthand how technology (who had them, who didn’t, and who couldn’t keep up) was one of the biggest drivers for health system consolidation – and the impact that had on the cost, quality and experience of care. Smaller, independent practices often struggled to access and confidently integrate technology tools required by payer systems and operations. Without these tools, or overwhelmed by the investment of time and expertise required to “catch up” to competing systems, many practices felt they had no choice but to sell to larger health systems. This wave of consolidation reduced competition, limited patient choice, and shifted power away from local providers.

For Olivia, she was tired of watching the same story play out: clients pressured by sales reps and consultants to buy the “next solution,” without anyone taking the time to truly understand the “why” and the “how”. Over 14 years, she’s been in the trenches of IT strategy and project management- not as a theorist, but as someone whose managed the day-to-day, boots-on-the-ground reality of getting complex technology projects sustainably integrated into organizations. She saw first hand how companies are advised to simply keep adding to their technology stacks, without a critical eye on the longterm need and organization goals. Time and again, companies build bloated systems, waste budgets, and start projects that never truly deliver. She focused on doing the difficult, principled work to figure out and implement the right solution to complex problems – challenging the cycle of dependency big consultancies and quota-driven salespeople create.

Line Axia Was Founded to Change that Pattern

Olivia and Tina knew how transformative the right technology strategy could be: boosting productivity, unlocking collaboration, and creating new opportunities. They were determined to make that level of clarity and capability available to organizations of every size so they could stay competitive and focused on their mission.
